What are the symptoms of colorectal cancer?
Disease description:
A few days ago during a physical examination, I was incidentally diagnosed with colorectal cancer. I haven't felt any discomfort in my daily life. What symptoms can colorectal cancer cause?

Colorectal cancer presents with various symptoms, mainly including: 1. Changes in bowel habits and stool characteristics, such as increased frequency of defecation, diarrhea, constipation, or alternating diarrhea and constipation, accompanied possibly by mucus, blood, or pus in the stool; 2. Abdominal pain, often表现为 (manifested as) poorly localized persistent dull pain, or abdominal discomfort and a feeling of bloating; 3. Abdominal mass, commonly found in the right abdomen, characterized by a hard, nodular mass; 4. Symptoms of intestinal obstruction, frequently seen in advanced stages of colorectal cancer; 5. Systemic symptoms such as anemia, weight loss, fatigue, and low-grade fever, caused by chronic blood loss, tumor ulceration, infection, and absorption of toxins; 6. Symptoms related to tumor invasion and metastasis, including lower back pain and a sensation of pressure or heaviness. If these symptoms appear, timely medical evaluation is necessary.
