Frequent nosebleeds accompanied by bad breath may be caused by multiple factors. On one hand, nosebleeds can result from nasal mucosal trauma, inflammation (such as infectious rhinitis, allergic rhinitis, etc.), deviated nasal septum, or dryness. Particularly when the nasal mucosa is dry or damaged, blood vessels are more prone to rupture and cause bleeding. On the other hand, bad breath may be associated with oral infections, nasopharyngeal diseases (such as chronic sinusitis), gastrointestinal disorders (such as gastroesophageal reflux), or unhealthy lifestyle habits (such as smoking and improper diet). For this condition, it is recommended to maintain good nasal and oral hygiene, avoid irritating foods and medications, and seek medical evaluation and treatment for underlying conditions when necessary.
