Nosebleeds during summer may be caused by hot weather, rhinitis, or other factors. High temperatures can cause the small blood vessels in the nose to dilate, leading to nosebleeds. Patients with dry atrophic rhinitis often have dry, atrophied, and thinned nasal mucosa, making them more prone to nosebleeds, especially in summer. Additionally, individuals with hypertension, those taking oral anticoagulants, or those with blood disorders may also experience nosebleeds during the summer months.
