What are the causes of汗疱疹?
Disease description:
I have developed many pimples on my hands, which are abnormally itchy and show no signs of improvement. After visiting the hospital, I was diagnosed with dyshidrotic eczema (dyshidrosis). I would like to know what causes this condition?
The causes of dyshidrotic eczema are complex and varied, mainly including:
1. Genetic factors: Some dyshidrotic eczema patients have an allergic constitution, and their families may have a history of allergies such as asthma and urticaria. Genetic factors play a certain role in the development of dyshidrotic eczema.
2. Environmental factors: Allergic reactions to metals such as nickel and chromium, as well as exposure to substances containing irritating ingredients such as laundry detergent and soap, or exposure to bacteria, viruses, and medications can trigger the body's defense mechanisms, potentially leading to allergic reactions and causing dyshidrotic eczema.
3. Psychological factors: Long-term tension, stress, excessive fatigue, emotional depression, and lack of sleep can lead to a decline in immune function, thereby triggering dyshidrotic eczema.
4. Infection factors: Dyshidrotic eczema is associated with microbial infections, especially fungal infections such as tinea. For example, hand dyshidrotic eczema is often triggered by tinea pedis (athlete's foot).
5. Gastrointestinal diseases: Gastrointestinal dysfunction can affect the body's immunity, making it difficult to resist bacteria effectively and thus increasing the risk of developing dyshidrotic eczema.
