After a baby has been bitten by mites, the following treatment measures should be taken:

1. Keep the affected area on the baby clean and avoid scratching to prevent infection. Wash the bitten area with clean water or diluted soapy water, and apply calamine lotion or other anti-itch medications to relieve itching and discomfort.

2. Choose appropriate topical ointments according to the severity of the bite. If symptoms such as redness, swelling, or blisters appear at the bite site, apply a topical ointment with antiallergic and anti-inflammatory effects, such as hydrocortisone butyrate cream. If symptoms are severe, oral antihistamines such as loratadine or cetirizine may be administered under medical supervision to reduce allergic reactions.

3. To prevent further mite bites, implement mite control measures in the baby's living environment. For example, expose bedding, clothing, and other items to direct sunlight or treat them with high-temperature disinfection. Maintain good indoor ventilation and dryness to reduce mite infestation.
