What causes pain around the eyes?

Elevated intraocular pressure: In the early stages of glaucoma, increased intraocular pressure may cause eye pain, accompanied by blurred vision or halos around lights. 5. Eye muscle or nerve pain: Neurological issues such as eye muscle spasms or trigeminal neuralgia may also lead to orbital pain. 6.
