What causes dyshidrotic eczema?
Disease description:
I have been diagnosed with dyshidrotic eczema, but I don't understand why it occurred. I would like to ask the doctor: what causes dyshidrotic eczema?

Dyshidrosis, also known as heat rash or follicular keratosis, is usually caused by blockage of the skin's sweat gland ducts, leading to impaired excretion of sweat. The following are some possible causes:
1. Genetic factors: Dyshidrosis often shows a hereditary tendency. If parents have symptoms of dyshidrosis, their children are much more likely to develop this condition.
2. Environmental factors: Dyshidrosis can also be caused by elevated ambient temperatures, increased sweating, or prolonged exposure to sunlight.
3. Infectious factors: Dyshidrosis may also be related to infections, such as fungal infections. Trichophyton rubrum is the main causative pathogen of dyshidrosis. When this fungus invades the skin, symptoms of dyshidrosis may develop.
4. Physical activity and sweating: Excessive sweating after strenuous exercise or physical activity can lead to poor sweat excretion.
5. Individual constitution: Some people may be born with more sensitive sweat glands and are thus more prone to developing dyshidrosis.
