Dwarfs generally can have normal fertility.

Dwarfism is primarily caused by a growth hormone deficiency leading to growth and development disorders. This lack of growth hormone usually does not affect the development of the gonads or secondary sexual characteristics; therefore, individuals with isolated dwarfism can have normal fertility. The pituitary gland secretes multiple hormones, and if individuals with dwarfism also have deficiencies in other hormones, such as gonadotropins, this may impact gonadal development and reproductive function.

Additionally, dwarfism has a certain hereditary component. If individuals with dwarfism have children, there is a possibility of giving birth to a baby with dwarfism. Therefore, before conception, individuals with dwarfism should undergo comprehensive preconception examinations and regular prenatal checkups during pregnancy.
