Tinea manuum/pedis (hand/foot fungus) presents with various symptoms, mainly including: 1. **Vesicular type**: Clustered or scattered small blisters appear between the fingers (toes), on the palms, or soles. The blister fluid is clear, the blister walls are thick and not easily ruptured, and are accompanied by itching. The blisters may gradually resolve with peeling, or coalesce into larger blisters. 2. **Maceration-erosive type**: Primarily occurs between the fingers (toes), presenting as skin maceration and whitening. After peeling, a red, eroded surface or fissures are exposed, accompanied by exudation and itching. A foul odor may develop if secondary infection occurs. 3. **Hyperkeratotic type**: Commonly seen on the heels, soles, and their lateral edges,表现为 thickened stratum corneum, rough and scaly skin surface, deepened skin markings, and tendency to crack and bleed, although itching is not prominent. 4. **Papular-squamous type**: Small, patchy desquamation appears on the palms or soles, often annular in shape. Localized erythema and papules can be observed, accompanied by itching.
