Early Signs and Prevention of Alzheimer's Disease
My father's memory has been getting worse recently. I'd like to ask, what are the early signs of Alzheimer's disease?

Alzheimer's disease, also known as senile dementia, is a common neurodegenerative disorder that primarily affects middle-aged and elderly individuals. In terms of early signs, it is mainly characterized by memory loss, especially forgetting recent events, such as things that happened during the day, what one just said, or people's names. In addition, language impairments are common early signs, such as unclear speech, using uncommon words to replace commonly used ones, and reduced verbal output. Changes in emotions and behavior are also frequently observed. Prevention of Alzheimer's disease can be approached from several aspects:
1. Maintain good lifestyle habits, such as avoiding excessive intake of sugar, salt, and oil; limiting or avoiding consumption of hard liquor; and engaging in moderate exercise and physical activity.
2. Keep the brain active, for example by reading, learning new skills, or playing intellectual games, which can promote the growth and connection of brain cells. Additionally, actively engaging in social activities and maintaining good interactions with family and friends can help sustain a healthy psychological state.
3. A balanced diet is also very important, including the appropriate consumption of foods beneficial to brain health, such as cinnamon and apples.
