Early symptoms of Parkinson's disease in women mainly include the following aspects:

1. Resting tremor: This is characterized by tremors in the distal part of one upper limb while at rest, showing a "pill-rolling" motion, with a frequency typically between 4-6 times per second. This tremor worsens during periods of mental stress, lessens during voluntary movements, and disappears during sleep.

2. Bradykinesia (slowness of movement): Patients may experience limb stiffness and slow movements, such as reduced dexterity and clumsy motions. This is primarily due to muscle rigidity caused by Parkinson's disease, which affects normal limb movement.

3. Reduced sense of smell: Hyposmia (reduced olfactory function) is one of the non-motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease and may appear in the early stages of the disease. Mild hyposmia may manifest as decreased sensitivity to strong odors, such as being unable to smell food aromas or floral scents.

4. Constipation: Constipation is also a common non-motor symptom of Parkinson's disease and may manifest as changes in bowel habits, such as decreased frequency of bowel movements or difficulty passing stools.

5. Sleep disturbances: Early-stage female Parkinson's patients may experience sleep disorders, particularly REM sleep behavior disorder, characterized by thrashing movements or loud talking and shouting during sleep, of which the patient is typically unaware.

6. Mood changes: Some female patients may also experience mood swings, irritability, and anger in the early stages, which may progress to depression, anxiety, and other mood disorders later on.

If the above symptoms appear, especially when multiple symptoms occur simultaneously, timely medical consultation is recommended.
