Treatment options for frequent and urgent urination in women include the following:

1. Maintain good personal hygiene: Clean the genital area regularly with mild, non-irritating cleansers. Avoid using irritating soaps or washes.

2. Adjust fluid intake: Drink an appropriate amount of water, avoid excessive consumption of diuretics such as coffee, tea, and alcohol, especially reduce fluid intake before bedtime to minimize nocturnal frequency.

3. Improve urination habits: Avoid holding urine for prolonged periods, urinate at regular intervals, fully empty the bladder, and avoid residual urine which may lead to infection.

4. For urinary tract infections or inflammation: A urinalysis is recommended. If diagnosed, antibiotics such as quinolones or cephalosporins may be used under a doctor's guidance.

5. For overactive bladder: Anticholinergic medications such as tolterodine or solifenacin, or β3-adrenergic agonists such as mirabegron may be prescribed.

6. General management: Frequent and urgent urination caused by excessive fluid intake can be improved by controlling fluid consumption and adjusting diet.
