Frequent sudden nocturnal emissions, what's the cause?
Recently, for unknown reasons, I have been experiencing sudden frequent nocturnal emissions, several times a week. What could be causing this sudden increase in frequency?

Increased frequency of nocturnal emission may be caused by various factors:
1. Sexual repression: Prolonged abstinence from sexual activity or masturbation may lead to the accumulation of semen in the body, resulting in frequent nocturnal emissions.
2. Mental stress: Long-term mental tension, anxiety, or depression can also lead to increased nocturnal emissions, as these emotional states may affect the balance of the nervous system and subsequently impact the normal function of the reproductive system.
3. Behavioral factors: Excessive masturbation and frequent sexual fantasies may cause dysfunction of the central nervous system, leading to sudden nocturnal emissions. Frequent exposure to sexual stimuli, such as viewing pornographic books or films, may keep the cerebral cortex in an excited state, thus triggering nocturnal emissions.
4. Medical conditions: Inflammation of the urinary and reproductive system, such as prostatitis, urethritis, and balanitis, may lead to frequent nocturnal emissions due to irritation caused by the inflammation.
5. Neurological disorders: Certain neurological conditions, such as multiple sclerosis, may also cause an increase in the frequency of nocturnal emissions.
If symptoms persist or worsen, prompt medical consultation is recommended.
