Incomplete urination, mainly manifested as a sensation of remaining urine after voiding, although the amount of urine expelled each time is not large. Causes of incomplete urination:

1. Prostate issues: Benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) or prostatitis are common causes of incomplete urination. BPH can cause urinary tract obstruction, while prostatitis may result from infection by various pathogens, both of which can lead to difficult urination and a feeling of incomplete bladder emptying.

2. Urinary tract infections: Including cystitis and urethritis. Due to inflammatory irritation, patients often experience symptoms such as frequent urination, urgency, painful urination, and incomplete bladder emptying.

3. Neurogenic bladder: Neurological disorders such as multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, or chronic diseases like diabetes can damage nerves controlling the bladder, affecting its normal contraction and relaxation, thereby causing difficulty in urination.

4. Overactive bladder: The bladder muscles are overly sensitive and contract frequently, possibly leading to urgency, frequency, and incomplete bladder emptying.

5. Urethral stricture or obstruction: Physical barriers such as urethral stones or tumors can also cause difficulty in urination.

6. Psychological factors: Emotional states such as anxiety and stress may also affect urination, resulting in a sensation of incomplete voiding.

If concerned, it is advisable to seek medical attention promptly.
