For the condition of slightly elevated diastolic blood pressure, regulation can be approached from two aspects:

1. Lifestyle adjustments:

Engage in aerobic exercises such as brisk walking and swimming, ensuring at least 150 minutes of physical activity per week. Exercise can strengthen cardiopulmonary function and promote blood circulation, which helps lower blood pressure;

Maintain a healthy weight, especially by reducing abdominal fat accumulation. Obesity increases the burden on the cardiovascular system and can lead to elevated blood pressure;

Limit daily salt intake to no more than 6 grams, as excessive salt can raise blood pressure;

Choose foods rich in potassium and calcium, such as potatoes, kelp, and lettuce, to promote the excretion of sodium;

Maintain regular sleep patterns, avoid staying up late and excessive fatigue, and ensure adequate sleep;

Learn to manage stress and avoid excessive mental strain, as prolonged tension and anxiety can also lead to unstable blood pressure;

2. Antihypertensive medications: such as angiotensin receptor blockers and calcium channel blockers. During treatment, monitor blood pressure regularly. The use of antihypertensive drugs must be conducted under a doctor's supervision, and dosage adjustments should never be made without medical guidance.
