What to eat to manage high blood lipids
I am currently overweight, and in the past few days I have been feeling somewhat dizzy. After going to the hospital for a checkup, the doctor said it was due to high blood lipid levels and advised me to go home and properly manage my condition. Could you please advise what I should eat to help regulate high blood lipids?
