How to get rid of goosebumps on the arms
Recently, I've noticed a lot of goosebumps on my arms and would like to know how to get rid of them.

The appearance of bumps on the arms similar to goosebumps is usually caused by keratosis pilaris, also known as "gooseflesh disease," a common and harmless skin condition. Although it cannot be completely cured, the symptoms can be alleviated through the following measures:
1. Gentle cleansing: Use mild, non-irritating body wash or facial cleanser, and avoid products containing alcohol or fragrance.
2. Moisturizing: Apply moisturizing cream daily, especially after bathing, which can help soften the skin and reduce keratin buildup.
3. Exfoliation: Use products containing lactic acid, salicylic acid, or urea to gently exfoliate, but avoid excessive rubbing to prevent skin irritation.
4. Topical medications: Use topical agents that promote keratin dissolution and regulate abnormal keratinization, such as urea ointment, salicylic acid ointment, tretinoin cream, etc. These medications can soften and dissolve localized keratin, thereby improving the symptoms of keratosis pilaris.
5. Oral medications: If the symptoms of keratosis pilaris are severe, oral administration of vitamin A, isotretinoin, and other medications may be considered, which can help alleviate and reduce the symptoms of keratosis pilaris.
