What are the manifestations of prostatitis?
I feel something is not right with my lower body and suspect it might be prostatitis. Could you please tell me what are the symptoms of prostatitis?

Prostatitis is a common urological condition in men, and its main manifestations include the following:
1. Sexual dysfunction: Some patients may experience reduced libido, erectile dysfunction, painful ejaculation, dyspareunia, impotence, hematospermia, and other issues.
2. Pain: Varying degrees of pain may occur in the perineal area, lower abdomen, lumbosacral region, inner thighs, or pelvic region, causing discomfort and restlessness.
3. Urinary abnormalities: Common symptoms include frequent urination, urgency, painful urination, and difficulty urinating. Sometimes there may be white discharge from the urethral opening, increased frequency of urination, difficulty holding urine when urgent, and pain or a burning sensation during urination.
4. Psychological issues: Long-term illness may be accompanied by anxiety, depression, mental tension, memory loss, dizziness, and headaches.
5. Other symptoms: In cases of acute prostatitis, patients may also develop fever, chills, fatigue, and other systemic symptoms.
Not all patients will experience all of these symptoms. If prostatitis is suspected, prompt medical attention is advised.
