Still in the growth stage, how can one grow taller quickly? What are the methods to increase height?

Methods to Promote Height Growth in Adolescents:
1. Balanced Diet: Consume more foods rich in protein, vitamins, calcium, and minerals, such as milk, eggs, lean meat, fish, legumes, and leafy green vegetables. These foods help support bone growth and development.
2. Regular Exercise: Engage in moderate aerobic activities such as jogging, swimming, and rope skipping, as well as stretching exercises like yoga and pull-ups. These activities can stimulate bone growth and enhance bone elasticity and flexibility.
3. Adequate Sleep: Growth hormone is secreted during sleep, promoting bone growth. Therefore, it is important to maintain sufficient sleep each night. It is generally recommended that adolescents sleep at least 8–10 hours per night, and adults 7–9 hours.
4. Maintain Good Posture: Avoid prolonged slouching and maintain correct sitting and standing posture. This helps ensure normal bone and muscle development and prevents issues such as spinal curvature, thereby indirectly supporting height growth.
