Although bones no longer grow after the epiphyseal plates close, appropriate physical exercise can strengthen muscle power and improve posture. Stretching activities such as swimming, basketball, and yoga help enhance flexibility and coordination. However, excessive exercise should be avoided to prevent bodily injuries. It is recommended to exercise 3–4 times weekly, each session lasting more than 30 minutes.

Consuming foods rich in protein, calcium, vitamin D, and other essential nutrients, such as milk, eggs, fish, and meat, can help maintain healthy bones and muscles. Additionally, eating plenty of vegetables and fruits provides necessary vitamins and minerals. Intake of greasy, spicy, and irritating foods should be reduced, and foods containing hormones should be avoided.

Sufficient sleep is crucial as it is during sleep that the body experiences peak secretion of growth hormone, which promotes growth and development. It is recommended to have at least 8 hours of sleep per night, preferably falling asleep before 10 PM, as the major peak in growth hormone secretion occurs during nighttime.
