Pain in the lower leg bone is a common symptom that can be caused by various factors.

1. Injury: Violent impact or prolonged stress on the lower leg bone may lead to fractures, bone cracks, or soft tissue damage, resulting in pain. When injury occurs, the severity should be assessed and appropriate treatment measures taken, such as immobilization and rest.

2. Stress fracture: Prolonged repetitive movements or overuse, commonly seen in long-distance runners, may cause tiny cracks in the lower leg bones, leading to pain.

3. Muscle strain or tendonitis: Although less directly related to the bone itself, injuries to muscles and tendons can refer pain to the bone, causing indirect discomfort.

4. Inflammation: Conditions such as periostitis can cause inflammation and irritation, resulting in pain in the lower leg bone. In such cases, anti-inflammatory treatment is typically required, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) may be needed to relieve pain.

5. Calcium deficiency and osteoporosis: Long-term calcium deficiency may lead to osteoporosis, which can cause pain in the lower limb bones. At this point, calcium and vitamin D supplementation is necessary to improve bone health.
