Recently, I have been getting angry without any apparent reason, feeling irritated with everything I see. A friend mentioned this might be due to internal heat caused by qi and blood deficiency. I would like to learn more about the causes of irritability and anger in women.

Chronic stress and anxiety can deplete significant amounts of energy and resources, affecting emotional regulation and potentially causing irritability and anger.
