Facial numbness, headache, and vomiting: what disease is this?
Recently, I have been experiencing frequent headaches, vomiting, and facial numbness. I would like to ask, what illness causes facial numbness, headache, and vomiting?

Facial numbness, headache accompanied by vomiting may include the following conditions:
1. Cerebrovascular disease: Such as cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, etc., these diseases may lead to insufficient blood supply to the brain or increased intracranial pressure, which can cause symptoms such as facial numbness, headache, and vomiting. These diseases are critical and require timely medical attention and appropriate treatment measures.
2. Cervical spondylosis: Lesions of the cervical spine may compress nerves and blood vessels, leading to facial numbness and headache; severe cases may also cause symptoms such as nausea and vomiting. Imaging examinations such as CT or MRI can assist in diagnosis.
3. Facial nerve palsy: When the facial nerve is affected by viral infection or nerve compression, symptoms such as facial numbness and nausea may occur. Treatment usually requires antiviral and nerve-nourishing medications.
4. Acute gastroenteritis: Although it rarely directly causes facial numbness and headache, the nausea and vomiting symptoms of acute gastroenteritis may occur simultaneously with headache, and facial numbness might be caused by other factors.
5. Autonomic nervous system dysfunction: Due to poor mental health, irregular lifestyle, and other reasons, autonomic nervous system dysfunction may occur, resulting in symptoms such as facial numbness and nausea.
Patients are advised to seek timely medical attention when these symptoms appear.
