Foods that should not be consumed with sesame seeds:

1. Avoid consuming large amounts of foods high in oxalic acid at the same time: Sesame seeds contain a certain amount of calcium, and oxalic acid can combine with calcium to form calcium oxalate, which is not easily dissolved, affecting calcium absorption. Therefore, when consuming large amounts of sesame seeds, it is best to avoid simultaneously ingesting large quantities of high-oxalate foods, such as spinach, beet greens, and rhubarb, to reduce the risk of calcium oxalate stone formation.

2. Be cautious when combining with foods containing tannic acid: Sesame seeds are rich in iron, and tannic acid can bind with iron, reducing iron's bioavailability. Therefore, when consuming large amounts of sesame seeds, avoid eating large quantities of tannic acid-rich foods simultaneously to prevent impaired iron absorption.

3. Exercise caution when combining with other foods for individuals with sensitive digestive systems: Sesame seeds are rich in fiber, which benefits intestinal health. However, individuals with sensitive digestive systems should avoid consuming excessive amounts of hard-to-digest foods—such as raw or cold foods and greasy foods—along with large quantities of sesame seeds, to prevent indigestion.
