3. If dizziness is caused by vertigo due to insufficient cerebral blood supply, medications such as beraprost sodium, vinpocetine, or sustained-release vinpocetine capsules may be used. These drugs can dilate blood vessels, improve cerebral circulation, and thereby relieve dizziness.
