What medication works best for tenosynovitis?
Due to frequent computer use, I developed tenosynovitis. Which medication would be most effective?

Tenosynovitis primarily occurs in the joints of the hands, wrists, and feet. It is an inflammation caused by repeated friction or overuse of tendons within the tendon sheaths. The tendon sheath is a synovial sac covering the tendons, which functions to reduce friction between the tendons and bones. When the tendon sheath becomes inflamed, it can cause local swelling, pain, and restricted movement.
1. Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs): These have anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effects, such as celecoxib and ibuprofen. These medications can effectively reduce the pain and inflammation caused by tenosynovitis.
2. Glucocorticoids: Patients with more severe symptoms may use this type of medication. These drugs can rapidly reduce inflammation and swelling; however, attention must be paid to the duration and dosage of use to avoid side effects.
3. Medications that promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis: Such as Qianggu Capsules and Xianling Gu Bao Capsules, can also improve symptoms in patients with tenosynovitis to some extent and promote local blood circulation.
In addition to drug treatment, physical therapy, rest, hot compresses, cold compresses, massage, wrist or finger supports, and appropriate rehabilitation exercises can also help treat tenosynovitis. Medication should be taken under the guidance of a qualified physician.
