Chest pain, commonly referred to as heart pain, can be caused by various factors including, but not limited to, cardiovascular diseases, pulmonary conditions, digestive system issues, musculoskeletal problems, and psychosomatic factors.

1. Psychosomatic factors: Patients may experience chest pain particularly under conditions of high mental stress, irregular作息 (作息 should be translated as作息 here means rest and activity patterns), and frequent late-night awakenings.

2. Digestive system issues: Conditions such as reflux esophagitis, and respiratory diseases like pneumonia and pleurisy can also lead to chest pain.

3. Musculoskeletal problems: Intercostal neuralgia, muscle strains, and similar conditions can also cause chest discomfort.

4. Cardiovascular diseases: Coronary artery disease, angina pectoris, and related conditions can lead to myocardial ischemia, hypoxia, or necrosis, resulting in chest pain.

5. Pulmonary diseases: Lung conditions such as pulmonary embolism and pneumonia may also trigger symptoms resembling heart pain.

Symptoms of chest pain may include chest discomfort, shortness of breath, palpitations, and related manifestations. If these symptoms occur, timely medical attention is recommended, with evaluation involving tests such as electrocardiogram (ECG) and echocardiography to assess cardiac status.
