In the early postoperative period, sharp chest pains may occur due to the body's adaptation process to the implant, wound healing, and the dissipation of anesthesia. This is considered a normal phenomenon.

If pain persists frequently for a prolonged period after surgery (e.g., longer than three to four months), and the intensity of the pain gradually increases, it may no longer be considered a normal postoperative reaction. One should consider the possibility of implant rejection, capsular contracture, infection, or other complications.

It is recommended to undergo certain examinations, such as ultrasound or magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), to determine the specific cause of the pain. Avoid strenuous exercise and lifting heavy objects in daily life to prevent additional strain on the chest. Maintain a positive mindset, follow the doctor's treatment and rehabilitation instructions, and schedule regular follow-up appointments.
