How to treat superficial erosive gastritis

The treatment of superficial erosive gastritis should take into account the causes, symptoms, and individual differences of the patient, and can be approached from the following aspects:

1. Dietary regulation: Patients should eliminate triggers such as smoking and alcohol consumption, eat less spicy and irritating foods, avoid overeating, follow a light and easily digestible diet, and consume more foods rich in vitamins.

2.
