1. Foods rich in iron, such as red meat, leafy green vegetables like spinach, and legumes. Because some blood loss occurs during menstruation, iron supplementation can help prevent iron deficiency.
2. Foods rich in B-complex vitamins, such as whole grains, nuts, and eggs, which can help relieve stress and positively regulate endocrine function.
3. Foods rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, such as deep-sea fish and flaxseed oil, which can reduce inflammatory responses and help regulate hormone levels.
