Facial redness and small pimples may indicate acne, which is associated with elevated androgen levels, excessive sebum production, abnormal keratinization of the pilosebaceous duct, and proliferation of Propionibacterium acnes. The area around the chin is one of the common sites for acne development. In addition, skin allergies and endocrine disorders may also cause similar symptoms.

It is recommended to choose a gentle facial cleanser and wash the face 2-3 times daily, but avoid over-cleansing. Avoid using oily cosmetics and heavy skincare products to prevent pore blockage. Diet-wise, limit spicy, greasy, and sweet foods, and consume more vegetables and fruits to maintain regular bowel movements. Maintain a regular sleep schedule, avoid staying up late, and reduce mental stress.

If it is acne, topical medications such as adapalene gel, benzoyl peroxide, or fusidic acid cream may be used under a doctor's guidance. For patients with severe symptoms, oral medications such as minocycline or isotretinoin may be necessary. However, these oral medications must be used strictly according to medical instructions due to potential side effects.

If the condition is due to skin allergy, avoid contact with allergens and use antiallergic medications under medical guidance. If symptoms persist or worsen, prompt medical consultation is advised.
