Leukorrhea routine examination is a common gynecological test. The main components of the examination include:

1. Vaginal pH: The normal vaginal pH ranges between 3.8 and 4.4, which is slightly acidic and helps prevent bacterial proliferation. An elevated pH may indicate vaginitis.

2. Vaginal cleanliness: Cleanliness is categorized into four degrees. Degree I and II indicate normal conditions, while Degree III and IV may suggest vaginal inflammation.

3. Microorganism examination: This checks for infections such as trichomonas, fungi, and bacteria, including trichomonas vaginitis and fungal vaginitis.

4. Clue cells test: Used to diagnose bacterial vaginosis. A positive result may indicate bacterial vaginosis.

5. Red and white blood cell count: An increased number of white blood cells may indicate inflammation, while an elevated red blood cell count may suggest bleeding.

6. Character assessment: Observing the color and consistency of leukorrhea. Normal leukorrhea should be white, thin, mucus-like or egg-white-like in appearance, and odorless.

7. Lactobacilli: These are beneficial bacterial flora in the vagina, and their quantity reflects the health status of the vaginal environment.
