
Why does my spine hurt when doing sit-ups
I have been experiencing severe back pain while doing sit-ups recently. Every time after doing sit-ups, there is a noticeable pain in my spine, especially in the area above the waist. I'm not sure if it's due to improper form or other reasons. I would like to know why my spine hurts when doing sit-ups?

If spine pain occurs during abdominal exercises such as crunches, it may be due to the following reasons:
1. Incorrect posture: If posture is incorrect during crunches, for example, excessive neck strain or pulling with the arms, it may place unnecessary pressure on the spine, causing pain.
