Common methods to relieve abdominal muscle soreness:

1. Rest and adjustment: It is necessary to rest appropriately and avoid strenuous exercise or overexertion to prevent further strain on the muscles.

2. Local treatment: Apply heat using tools such as a hot water bag or warm compress for 10-15 minutes, 2-3 times daily, to promote blood circulation, accelerate the removal of metabolic waste, and reduce swelling and discomfort.

3. Gentle stretching: Helps relieve muscle tension, but vigorous activity should be avoided.

4. Maintain hydration and nutrition: Ensure adequate intake of fluids and protein to support muscle repair.

5. Medication: Take nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), such as ibuprofen sustained-release capsules or acetaminophen tablets, which have antipyretic and analgesic effects to reduce inflammation and relieve muscle pain. Oral muscle relaxants, such as eperisone hydrochloride tablets or chlorzoxazone tablets, can reduce muscle tone, improve spastic conditions, and alleviate abdominal muscle tension and soreness.

Mild muscle soreness can be relieved with the above methods. However, if symptoms are severe or persist, immediate medical attention is required.
