Acute sepsis is a severe systemic infection that requires urgent management. The following treatment approaches can be considered:

1. Symptomatic treatment: such as physical cooling and administration of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs to alleviate symptoms including fever and headache.

2. Etiological treatment: perform blood cultures and other pathogen tests to guide antibiotic selection. Initial treatment should employ broad-spectrum antibiotics covering possible pathogens, with subsequent adjustments based on antimicrobial susceptibility testing.

3. Fluid resuscitation: to maintain circulatory stability and internal homeostasis, and to prevent shock. Commonly used fluids include normal saline and Ringer's solution.

4. Immune support therapy: aimed at enhancing the body's defense mechanisms and reducing infection-related complications, such as intravenous immunoglobulin or the use of interleukin-6 receptor antagonists.

5. Surgical intervention: such as abscess drainage and debridement of necrotic tissue.

At the same time, continuous monitoring of organ function and prevention of complications such as acute kidney injury and disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC) are essential, along with comprehensive management until the patient's condition stabilizes, followed by a gradual transition to subsequent treatment phases.
