
What causes pain in the shinbone?
I have been experiencing frequent pain in my shinbone recently, especially after walking a lot or exercising, with the pain becoming more noticeable. Sometimes I also feel that my calf is slightly swollen. What could be causing this? Is it due to overexertion?
