What causes muscle pain in the upper back?
I have been experiencing frequent muscle pain in my upper back recently, especially after prolonged sitting or physical exertion, with the pain becoming more pronounced. At times, I also feel stiffness in my back and find it somewhat difficult to move around freely. I am quite troubled by this and would like to know what might be causing it.
Back muscle pain is a common symptom that can be caused by various factors.
