Below are the symptoms of advanced colorectal cancer:

1. Persistent abdominal pain or discomfort: As the tumor grows, it may press on surrounding tissues and organs, causing persistent pain or discomfort in the abdomen.

2. Changes in bowel habits: Patients may experience alterations in bowel movements, such as constipation, diarrhea, or alternating episodes of both.

3. Blood in the stool: Bleeding from the rectum or colon is one of the common symptoms of colorectal cancer, presenting as blood mixed in the stool or passage of dark red to black bloody stools.

4. Weight loss: Unexplained weight loss may be a sign of advanced colorectal cancer, related to reduced appetite and impaired digestion and absorption.

5. Anemia: Long-term chronic blood loss can lead to anemia, manifesting as fatigue, weakness, and pale complexion.

6. Nausea or vomiting: When intestinal obstruction occurs, food cannot pass through the intestines normally, potentially causing nausea or vomiting.

7. Abdominal mass: A hard lump felt in the abdomen may be a sign of advanced colorectal cancer, although not all patients with colorectal cancer will exhibit this symptom.

If you experience the above symptoms, it is recommended to seek medical attention promptly.
