Lupus can be divided into multiple subtypes, but it is generally not specifically classified into "four types." However, from a treatment perspective, the management of lupus can be summarized into the following four aspects:

1. Nonspecific therapy: This includes symptomatic treatment such as controlling fever, relieving joint pain, and reducing rashes. Commonly used medications include nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) and antimalarial drugs such as hydroxychloroquine.

2. Glucocorticoid therapy: For patients experiencing acute flares or severe organ involvement, glucocorticoids are the first-line treatment. They can rapidly control inflammatory responses and reduce tissue damage. Side effects and a proper tapering plan should be carefully monitored during treatment.

3. Immunosuppressive therapy: For patients dependent on or resistant to steroids, as well as those with severe visceral damage, immunosuppressive agents such as cyclophosphamide, mycophenolate mofetil, and azathioprine may be required to modulate the immune response and prevent disease progression.

4. Precautions: Patients should avoid consuming spicy and irritating foods, minimize direct sun exposure, and maintain a diet low in salt and fat with high-quality protein to reduce the burden on the kidneys. Additionally, regular hospital visits for monitoring kidney function, urinalysis, and other relevant indicators are also very important.

With the above treatment strategies, the condition of the four types of lupus can be effectively controlled, symptoms can be alleviated, and the patient's quality of life can be improved.
