In general, fallopian tube blockage refers to obstruction of the fallopian tubes, which may be caused by unhealthy lifestyle habits, infections, post-surgical complications, congenital abnormalities, immune factors, and other causes.

1. Unhealthy lifestyle habits: Practices such as unprotected sex and sexual intercourse during menstruation can easily allow bacterial invasion, leading to fallopian tube inflammation and blockage.

2. Infections: Pelvic inflammatory disease, adnexitis, and sexually transmitted diseases such as gonorrhea and chlamydia infection can cause inflammation that leads to edema of the fallopian tube mucosa and fibrous tissue proliferation, eventually forming scars that result in narrowing or occlusion of the tubal lumen.

3. Post-surgical complications: Surgeries such as cesarean section, myomectomy, and ovarian cystectomy may lead to postoperative adhesions that affect normal peristalsis and patency of the fallopian tubes.

4. Congenital abnormalities: In some cases, the fallopian tubes may have underdeveloped or abnormal structures, such as excessively long, short, or twisted tubes, which can interfere with the union of sperm and egg and the transport of the fertilized egg.

5. Immune factors: Autoimmune diseases or abnormal immune responses to sperm or embryos may alter the internal environment of the fallopian tubes, affecting their function.

In daily life, it is recommended to develop healthy lifestyle habits and maintain good personal hygiene to promote overall health.
