Foods high in protein content
Recently, I wanted to supplement more protein and would like to ask the doctor: what are some foods that are high in protein?

Protein is one of the essential nutrients required by the human body and plays an important role in growth, tissue repair, and maintaining normal physiological functions. The following are some foods with high protein content:
1. Meats: such as beef, pork, and chicken, which are rich sources of protein. For example, lean beef contains 20.1 grams of protein per 100 grams.
2. Fish and seafood: such as salmon, tuna, shrimp, crab, and shellfish, which are not only rich in protein but also contain healthy omega-3 fatty acids.
3. Legumes: including soybeans, black beans, and soy products such as tofu and dried bean curd sticks (yuba), which are important sources of plant-based protein. For example, soybeans contain 36.3 grams of protein per 100 grams.
4. Eggs: such as chicken eggs, duck eggs, and goose eggs. These egg products are not only high in protein but also easily absorbed by the body. For example, chicken eggs contain 14.7 grams of protein per 100 grams.
5. Dairy products: such as milk, yogurt, and cheese.
6. Nuts and seeds: such as almonds, walnuts, sesame seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
7. Whole grains: such as oats, brown rice, and quinoa. Although their protein content is not as high as that of animal-based foods, they can still provide a significant amount of protein as part of a regular diet.
Although high-protein foods are beneficial to health, they should be consumed in moderation to avoid the burden caused by excessive intake.
