Hyaluronic acid rhinoplasty is a non-surgical cosmetic procedure that improves the shape of the nose by injecting hyaluronic acid into the nasal area.

Generally, it is not recommended to touch or pinch the nose immediately after hyaluronic acid injection. During the initial period following injection, hyaluronic acid has not fully integrated with the nasal tissue, and touching or pinching the nose at this stage may cause uneven distribution of the hyaluronic acid, affecting the shaping outcome. In severe cases, it could even lead to nasal deformation or infection. Typically, during the first 24–48 hours after injection, it is advised to avoid touching, pressing, or rubbing the nose with your hands. Afterwards, it is also recommended to wait a sufficient amount of time under the guidance of a physician before touching or pressing the nose normally. Once the nose has fully healed and the filler has stabilized, gentle touching is acceptable, although excessive external force should still be avoided to prevent unnecessary damage.

After hyaluronic acid rhinoplasty, it is also important to keep the nasal area clean and dry, avoiding contact with water to prevent infection. Additionally, it is advisable to avoid consuming spicy foods such as chili peppers and seafood, and to refrain from strenuous exercise and prolonged exposure to sunlight, as these factors may affect the healing process and the final outcome of the procedure.
