How to Prevent Age Spots
Recently, I noticed some spots appearing on my face and hands. They look quite aging. I would like to ask, how can I prevent age spots?

Generally, senile plaques can be prevented by paying attention to sun protection, maintaining a healthy diet, proper skincare, reasonable exercise, and psychological adjustment.
Ultraviolet radiation is a significant factor in the formation of senile plaques. Therefore, sun protection should be practiced in daily life by choosing sunscreen with a high SPF value and wearing wide-brimmed hats and sunglasses. When going outdoors, try to avoid the hours between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., when UV radiation is strongest.
Eat more foods rich in vitamins C and E, such as fresh fruits, vegetables, and nuts, which help to reduce oxidative stress and pigment deposition. Using skincare products containing skin-lightening ingredients, such as retinoic acid and arbutin, can inhibit melanin production and fade existing senile plaques.
Promote facial muscle movement, such as eating slowly and chewing gum, as these activities can improve facial microcirculation and promote skin metabolism. Maintain an optimistic attitude and reduce stress, as long-term mental tension can also affect skin health.
Maintain a regular lifestyle, eat a balanced diet, reduce consumption of fried foods, and consume more vegetables, fruits, and other foods rich in vitamin C, which helps improve skin condition.
