Under normal circumstances, it is not recommended to feed organic white sugar to babies who are 6 months old.

At 6 months of age, babies are in the early stages of introducing complementary foods, and their digestive systems have not yet fully developed, limiting their ability to digest and absorb food. Although organic white sugar uses fewer chemical additives during production compared to regular white sugar, it is still essentially a high-sugar food, and therefore is not recommended for infants at this age.

In addition, white sugar lacks nutritional value and mainly provides empty calories. It can easily lead to a preference for sweetness in infants, increasing the risk of chronic diseases such as obesity and dental caries in the future. An infant's taste system is still developing, and early exposure to high-sugar foods may affect their long-term eating habits. Parents can choose nutritious and easily digestible complementary foods, such as vegetable purees and fruit purees, to meet the baby's growth and development needs.

In daily life, parents are advised to follow scientific principles for introducing complementary foods, gradually incorporating a variety of nutritionally balanced foods to promote the baby's healthy and happy growth.
