For a child whose mouth is swollen from a mosquito bite, first apply calamine lotion or a mixture of lincomycin and selenium sulfide shampoo, or Daunor root (Zanthoxylum bungeanum) boiled water onto the affected area. This indicates that the child's bite dermatitis is still in the acute phase and requires timely intervention. If the infection is severe, systemic medication may be needed to alleviate symptoms. Initially, erythromycin ointment can be applied topically to the skin.
