Rhinoplasty can address such congenital or hereditary concerns, typically through implantation—whether using autologous fat, hyaluronic acid, or other implant materials—all of which may exert some impact on the nasal structure. Postoperatively, swelling and redness are common and require time to subside. Improper surgical technique may cause implant malposition, resulting in nasal asymmetry or deviation.
