Menopausal syndrome primarily manifests as menstrual changes—typically irregular menstrual cycles or prolonged menstruation. Vasomotor symptoms may also occur, such as hot flashes and excessive sweating. Additionally, neuropsychiatric symptoms—including difficulty concentrating, mood swings, and memory impairment—may be present. In severe cases, autonomic nervous system dysfunction may develop.
