2. In breast cancer, the nodule is often asymptomatic, presenting merely as a hard mass in the breast. This mass tends to be irregular in shape, poorly demarcated, relatively fixed, and difficult to move.
3. Nodules associated with mammary gland hyperplasia (fibrocystic changes) generally result from benign breast tissue proliferation. Patients may experience breast tenderness, typically worsening before menstruation and gradually subsiding afterward.
Breast nodules are extremely common and may arise from various causes, including breast infection, endocrine imbalance, genetic mutations, or environmental factors. If the nodule is benign, patients need not worry excessively. Maintaining balanced nutrition, regular lifestyle habits, moderate physical activity, and emotional stability is recommended.
