Introduction
Unhealthy eating habits, such as frequently consuming greasy, sweet, or seafood-based foods, can easily trigger skin acne. These foods may lead to enlarged skin pores and disrupt the skin's normal metabolic function, thereby increasing the likelihood of developing acne. It is recommended to adjust your diet by eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, reducing intake of excessively oily foods, and avoiding fried foods and seafood as much as possible.

Acne refers to pimples. The appearance of red acne in hairy areas of the lower abdomen may be related to factors such as improper diet, excessive mental stress, eczema, urticaria, and folliculitis. It is recommended to treat through dietary adjustments, rest, medication, and other methods. The analysis is as follows:

1. Improper diet: Unhealthy eating habits, such as frequently consuming greasy foods, sweets, or seafood, can easily trigger skin acne. These foods may enlarge skin pores and impair normal skin metabolism, thereby increasing the incidence of acne. It is recommended to adjust your diet by eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, reducing intake of greasy foods, and avoiding fried foods and seafood as much as possible.

2. Excessive mental stress: High levels of mental stress, poor mood, irritability, or anger may worsen acne symptoms. This is closely related to abnormal liver function in regulating qi flow. When the liver's regulatory function becomes imbalanced, qi circulation is disrupted, which may lead to acne in the lower abdomen. It is advised to maintain a positive mindset, reduce stress appropriately, and avoid negative emotions such as anxiety and depression. Stress can be relieved through adequate rest, listening to music, walking, and similar activities.

3. Eczema: Eczema may be associated with factors such as excessive mental stress and excessive sweating, leading to tiny acne-like bumps accompanied by itching. Under medical guidance, medications such as levocetirizine hydrochloride tablets, chlorpheniramine maleate tablets, and hydrocortisone butyrate cream may be used for relief.

4. Urticaria: Urticaria is a skin condition caused by allergic reactions. If the skin of the lower abdomen comes into contact with allergens such as hair or dust, urticaria may develop. It typically presents as itchy wheals (hives) on the trunk and limbs. Under medical guidance, treatment may include chlorpheniramine maleate tablets, Binghuang Fule ointment, and calamine lotion.

5. Folliculitis: Folliculitis is an inflammatory condition caused by bacterial infection of hair follicles, commonly due to Staphylococcus aureus. If follicles in the lower abdominal area become infected, localized redness, swelling, pain, and papules or acne-like lesions may occur. Under medical supervision, treatments may include fusidic acid sodium ointment, compound polymyxin B ointment, and tretinoin cream. Additionally, maintaining local cleanliness and avoiding scratching are important.

Maintaining healthy lifestyle habits and a positive mental state also helps prevent and manage skin conditions.
