Introduction
HPV分型检测前Patient将外阴清洗干净，取截石位，张开双腿充分暴露阴部，Doctor用阴窥器打开阴道，暴露宫颈进行Examination，将宫颈局部的分泌物用无菌棉签擦拭干净，用取样刷深入到宫颈管内转取3~4圈，然后刷取脱落细胞，再放到标本瓶当中送实验室Examination。
HPV genotyping testing is primarily used for patients with low immune function and is generally confirmed by examining cervical secretions. The specific procedure is as follows:
1. Before the test, the patient should clean the external genitalia and dry thoroughly with a clean towel to keep the area dry.
2. The doctor disinfects both hands and all testing materials, then lays sterile drapes on the examination table.
3. The patient assumes the lithotomy position on the bed, with legs spread open to fully expose the genital area.
4. The doctor inserts a vaginal speculum to open the vagina and expose the cervix for examination.
5. The cervical secretions are first wiped away using a sterile swab. Then, a sampling brush is inserted into the cervical canal and rotated 3–4 times to collect exfoliated cells. The sample is then placed into a specimen container and sent to the laboratory for analysis.
